„Food is the new Rock star“ is the motto of the Rock’n Roll dinnershow at the White Trash. Every last Thursday of each month a late rock star is remembered with his or her songs as live music, read out texts and a 3-course menu.
The menu always has a connection with the featured artist of the evening. Johnny Cash wrote in his autobiography:”I can’t go for a long time withour fried chicken, corn bread straight from the pan and all other goodies from home”
Some of the musicians already featured were “Blue Brother” John Belushi, Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain or ex-Beatle John Lennon.
