Brandenburg Gate Museum shows - virtually in fast motion - more than 300 years of the history in Berlin in a 20-minute multimedia presentation, very close to the Brandenburg Gate directly at Pariser Platz.

The multimedia experience of the Brandenburg Gate Museum shows the history of Berlin from 1650 onwards in rapid speed, always with the Brandenburg Gate in the center of the ages. Operator TRIAD Entertainment, a company that specializes in edutainment, relies on some text but mainly on visually stunning emotions.

Pictures of the 1848 Revolution, the Empire, the Weimar Republic, the two World Wars, the fall of the wall with the historical opening of the Brandenburg Gate Museum and the German summer fairytale during the FIFA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in 2006, rush by in fast image slices with many original photographic documents. The 20-minute film is shown on more than 80 screens in an U-shaped space with panoramic view. Round about 60 people can watch the show at the same time. The film works with music and inserted data or quotes in English and German and does otherwise completely with short texts or comments. The presentation is thus free of language barriers and also interesting for tourists.

The presentation of history is shown in a continuous loop. Those who have the time can watch the show twice. That makes sense as you cannot take that many pictures at once the first time. The visual impressions of the history-presentation can be absorbed in the subsequent exhibition room. Highlight there is a replica of the head of Nike, the goddess of victory. Its original adorns the Brandenburg Gate.
