Directly on Moritzplatz, where Ritter Butzke is up to no good, you will find the soul-club St. Georg. The club is located in the hip part of Kreuzberg and when walking down a stairwell in a back alley, you will enter the paradise of Black Music fans.
This place is a real insiders’ tip you should try, because the St. Georg shows how truly individual Berlin’s Black Music scene can be. A little trashy here, a bit retro there – the party crowd is hip and creative and the sleek bar serves you great refreshing drinks. The DJs take care that you won’t stop partying till the morning comes.
On top of all that, the prices here are absolutely fair – you will even have some money left after the Black Music party to get you a cup of coffee in the morning.
